| Dad-Friendly Meals That Won't Wreck His Diet |
| Enjoy a Day of Family, Food, and Fun If your dad is a burger fan, use a combination of ground turkey and lean ground beef to cut down on saturated fat. Q: What are the leanest cuts of meat? A: White meat and fish are low in saturated fat. However, if you want beef, try 95% lean ground beef, strip steak, and tenderloin steak (each have about 4.5 grams of saturated fat per serving) or top round, top sirloin, and bottom round roast (2 grams of saturated fat per serving). If you want to splurge, bison (as in buffalo) has less fat than roasted chicken breast. |
