Tip: It's Sun Safety Week. So, before you soak up the rays, make sure you decode your sunscreen label to see if it's right for you.

Q: Does sunscreen provide "total sunblock"?

A: No. sunscreen blocks 100% of UV rays. An SPF 15 protects against 93% of UV rays, SPF 30 protects against 97%, and SPF 50 wards off 98%.
